With the levers you can move the mirrors back and forth, and going back and forth again changes the angle of the mirror. Look at the image for how the mirrors should stand. When you stand on the pressure plate, you need to click the lever in front of you twice to change its direction. And it should hit its origin. 10 - Shield of Fire, Fire Greaves 11 - Fire Helm 12 - Secret button Places a Fury and a Strength Potion at mark 11. 13 - Pressure plate puzzle Either use your magic map to let a minion drop an item on the pressure plate or throw something heavy (techplate) with someone that has a low ninja level.
